Every movement of client money. Approved before it is paid.
Shortfalls topped up and excess withdrawn, proposed by Safeheld from the reconciled position, approved by your team under limits you set and sent to your bank as a standard payment file.
How it works.
Propose
From a shortfall, an excess, a forecast need or a request, with the amount, the accounts and the deadline.
Check
Limits, permitted accounts and balances checked against the live position before submission.
Approve
One to three approvers, never the proposer, each with two-step verification.
Pay and confirm
Produced as a standard payment file your bank accepts, then confirmed against the bank record.
Proposals
Five kinds of movement, each with its own rules.
Maker-checker
Approval rules, enforced on every action.

Two-step verification
Required for every approval.
Limits and permitted accounts
Set per entity and action type by an administrator, with a reason.
Approval tied to the figures
If the amount, accounts or position change after approval, the action must be approved again.
Sent once
Each payment carries a unique key, so it cannot be sent twice.

Movements between entities need the legal basis, the agreement reference and the evidence.

Does Safeheld hold our money?
No. Money stays in your bank accounts. Safeheld writes approved payments as a standard payment file that a named person at your firm uploads to the bank.
Which banks can be paid?
Any bank that accepts the standard ISO 20022 payment file (pain.001), which most banks do.
How many approvers can we require?
One to three, set per entity and action type, together with a limit per action and the accounts each action may use.
What happens if the figures change after approval?
The approval no longer stands. The action is checked again and must be approved again before it can be released.
Can Autopilot or AI move money?
No. They prepare proposals. Every movement goes through the same approval as any other.
