Every difference. Explained and cleared.

Routine differences closed by rule, the rest investigated with the evidence attached, every decision recorded and every breach tracked to its deadline.

    How it works.

    01

    Raise

Every difference from a run is raised with its amount, age, entity and source records.

    02

    Close the routine

Autopilot closes timing differences that clear within your day limit, every hour.

    03

    Investigate the rest

AI investigation checks history, the counterparty, currency conversion and similar past differences, then proposes the cause and the fix.

    04

    Decide and record

Your team confirms, reviews or escalates. Breaches go to the register with their deadlines.

    Autopilot

    Routine differences, closed by rule.

Timing differences closed when the same amount and reference arrive on the other side within the day limit, counted in the entity's own working days.
Never differing amounts, money owed to customers or anything past a deadline.
Fee withdrawals and receipt transfers prepared as proposals. Autopilot never moves money.
Anyone in your firm can reopen a closed item, with a reason.

Currency: whether a conversion explains the amount.
Similar past differences found and cited as evidence.
A proposed cause and fix, with a confidence level. The difference is closed, sent for review or escalated.

    Questions.

Does AI close differences on its own?

Autopilot uses fixed rules, not AI, and closes only timing differences where the same amount and reference arrive within your day limit. AI investigation proposes a cause and a fix, and routes each difference by confidence: closed, sent for review or escalated.

    What will Autopilot never do?

It never closes differing amounts, money owed to customers or anything past a deadline, and it never moves money. Withdrawals and transfers it prepares wait for normal approval.

Can we see why a difference was closed?

Yes. Every investigation keeps the records it looked at, the steps it took, the proposed cause, the confidence and the result, locked in the record.

    How are breaches handled?

Each breach opens a case in the register. The case moves through investigation, materiality, notification, closure and locking, with the deadline tracked throughout.

    Can we switch Autopilot off?

Yes. Each of its three rules is switched on or off by a firm administrator, with a reason recorded.

    Every difference, explained.
